Hey guys, I was diagnosed at the ripe age of 2 with HFI and I’ve been living with it all my life (mid 20’s). I just found this forum and I’m super stoked to talk to others with the same condition as myself as we’re a rarity. I was wondering what some of your favourite recipes are as I’m always looking for new stuff to try. Thanks
