There is an alfredo sauce made by Ragu called, "Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce," that is sugar & fructose free. It is great for pasta, rice, casseroles, & pizza!

Ok, looks fairly safe looking at the ingredients but not sure about sherry wine, and always suspicious of natural flavours.................
To be honest something like this is so easy to make at home if you have cornflour or potato flour, boil some milk, mix the cornflour or potato flour to a paste with a little cold milk or water then add to the hot milk, stir for a few minutes thoroughly and you should get a nice quick thick sauce, then add herbs, cheese, whatever you fancy and it is ready. The more flour you add the thicker the sauce depending what you are using it for. And it is absolutely safe. And I bet if you add up the time it takes to specifically find the right jar off the shelf and opened it and poured it out and heated up it will take about the same time as making it............

Thank-you Charlie! I am making this Alfredo Sauce on pasta tonight. It really sounds so easy to make...but I have to make it dairy free as well. So I will make mine of:
Corn flour [potato flour, or GF flour blend] DF milk alternative...soy, rice, almond, maybe even coconut would be OK DAIYA [brand] cheese, shredded [Gluton-Dairy-Soy Free] Fresh herbs
Yum!
