I came across an opportunity to get a series of B12 shots for 6 months and am strongly considering it due to my constant lack of energy. Assuming I am probably low on B12 I think this could be a good option for me.
However k was reading on the site and it states that you should nt get them if you have chronic kidney or liver disease or are allergic to colbolt. I don't have liver or kidney disease but with the uncommon stress we go through on a daily basis do any of you know of this is something we should avoid?
Thanks, David

you can get your B-12 messured to see if it is actually low.
mine was low when i had it checked a year ago. my doctor wrote me a prescription and i have given myself and inject once every few weeks for the past year. you can get a preservative form from Wellness Pharmacy (800)227-2627. they are a compounding pharmacy in Birmingham, AL. you want to get hydroxycobalamin, not cyanocobalamin, for injectible. i have not noticed much difference in thway i feel, but B-12 is not a nutrient you want to be low in because deficiencies lead to neurological problems and they tend to silently sneak up on you.
